It’s been such a difficult time for the NHS so today to receive the service I did was such a lovely surprise. From the receptionist (sorry I didn’t get your name), Ann my nurse, Dr Cooper in my initial consultation and Chris (Dr Heaton), all a fantastic team. Answered all my questions and put me at ease and explained what happens next. Thanks again guys keep doing what you’re doing!

Very instructive, suggested a minor operation to remove damaged skin, which was done on the spot (pun intended). Quick surgery, done very professionally with the help of Emily.

Sapana was the nurse involved in my appointment who was extremely helpful and reassuring, professional at the same time. Dr Heaton was extremely thorough and swift with my treatment so I had nothing to worry about.

Dr Heaton explained my diagnosis to me and saw I was a bit upset and offered to cut the lump of my nose there and then to which I accepted, he was so gentle and talked me through what he was doing and constantly asked if I was ok and his senior assistant Helen Hammond was also fantastic, she was gentle and didn't hurt me when she was patching me up after the opp.
I would recommend these two to everyone who needs to go to the Dermatology Department at St. Mary's Hospital.
